Pacific Alpine Design & Development was founded by Chris Flores in 1997. We specialize in custom home construction, as well as pools, decks and outdoor living design and development. We built our reputation by delivering on-time and on-budget renovations.
As a Malibu resident, Chris Flores strives to create living spaces that both preserve and enhance the beauty of the surrounding area. He is an expert in all aspects of permit processing, including California Coastal Commission permit processes.
